The Chancellor of Corugation seen here is prepping Mortimer for battle. Since the death of GROBOH, the Chancellor has been trying to get an assistant of equal caliber in hopes to keep his Carboard Kingdom safe. Mortimer is an expert engineer and cook. Unfortunately he will not be able to take over GROBOH's chemistry experiments, but the Kingdom is in dire need of a new railway system. That's where Mortimer comes in.
